After completion of his post-graduation, he did his MRCS at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons from the United Kingdom in 2004. In 2009, he completed his fellowship in Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery in South Korea. At Michigan University United States of America, he practiced diabetic surgery until he joined the Universal Group of Hospitals in Istanbul, Turkey.
