How long is pregnancy? The short answer is 280 days, 40 weeks, 3 trimesters, or a little more than 9 months. But most women don’t give birth at exactly 40 weeks pregnant, so it’s impossible to know exactly how long until you meet your baby. Your due date is just a good guess – but it’s helpful.
